Lila aligns with her deep connection to her intuition, psychic awareness and ancient womb-knowing to offer support and guidance to those who feel a resonance with her offerings.
She also works with the Akashic Records field to call in specific soul information.
Lila has been a devotee to inner truth for the past 18 years.
Acting was her life until, during her mid twenties, she had a profound paradigm-shifting year studying at a Steiner-based drama school. Her whole world opened up spiritually and so much of what she took herself and the world to be was thrown open wide. On graduating she soon realised that being an actress was no longer what was deeply yearned for inside.
Soon the sparks of inner inquiry shifted the orientation of her life towards Yoga, meditation, conscious movement and the quest for inner truth.
This took her to many retreats and Satsangs with awakened
teachers around the world, hundreds of hours of Yoga classes, workshops and conscious dance. She went on to train to teach Kundalini Yoga.
After completing Teacher Training in 2010, Lila held Kundalini Yoga and Meditation sessions for groups and private clients in London and around the UK for over 10 years.
Also being a singer and having a deep love for the power of healing sound, she was moved to facilitate Full and New Moon Gong and Sound Bath events.
In 2012 Lila had a deeply challenging experience during her menstrual cycles which catalysed a journey into the womb and there began her journey home to Divine Feminine wisdom.
Lila is also one half of the sacred sound and world music duo, Illumina, with her partner Anaam. For over 12 years they have shared their beautiful vocals, melodies and powerful live concerts in many festivals, sacred gatherings, transitional ceremonies and at prestigious venues such as the Royal Academy of Arts, The Indian High Commission & Alternatives UK - Saint James Church in Piccadilly. The have 3 beautiful albums. (3 albums available on Spotify, YouTube etc)
